Irvington Waterfront Park | Irvington, NY
The Village of Irvington, NY has created a waterfront park on a former industrial site. The park was the first project completed under New York State’s Brownfield Program. The five-hectare park includes baseball fields, a soccer field, tree-lined walks, open areas for passive recreation, and small boat access to the Hudson River.
Barretto Point Park | Bronx, NY
Located on the beautiful East River waterfront, fishers can sit on its piers and cast a line and boaters take out canoes and kayaks. Also the park, with its beautiful background of sky, grass, and water, makes a perfect place to spend the day.
One Harbor Square | Ossining, NY

Con Edison MGP Site | Pelham Manor, NY
Con Edison and Levin Properties, LLC, together with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), have completed remediation of a historical manufactured gas plant (MGP).
Downtown Waterfront Redevelopment | Yonkers, NY
The Master Plan for the downtown Yonkers waterfront extends the city to a new mixed-use community on the Hudson River. The 16-acre waterfront site includes Main Street Place featuring a wide avenue with housing over street level retail shops leading to a waterfront plaza, restaurant and the landmarked Yonkers pier.
